Barker Management strives to provide the highest level of service to our property owners, and in doing so we set our intentions equally high to maintain happy, responsible, reliable tenants. We give each tenant one on one attention, especially when unforeseen needs arise. Here’s what you can expect from our team when considering renting one of our properties:

We understand the stress of moving and relocating, and are here to support you in whatever way we can. If you find a property you’d like to see, please call or email the office to schedule a showing. We’re often available before and after normal business hours to accommodate scheduling difficulties.

Our resources page includes an online application form that can be filled out and emailed to us, or brought into the office at your convenience. You’ll also find a list of local utility contact information to help you get started here in Santa Fe, or transfer your current services if you’re moving within the city limits. Our friendly staff is available by phone, email or in person to answer any questions along the way.

Moving In
Once you’ve found your property match, and your application has been approved, we’ll do our best to secure the move-in date that works best for you. We can also provide names of local moving companies, or temporary lodging if needed.

We proudly employ several talented, trustworthy, independent contractors for all kinds of repairs such as plumbing, electrical, general contractors, irrigation, roofing, etc. Our collection of service providers is large enough for a quick response to get your repair accessed and completed with as little inconvenience to you as possible. We work with our owners closely to make sure the property stays in the best condition throughout your stay. Barker also provides an after-hours, emergency maintenance number if something should occur outside of normal business hours.

Lease Agreements
While our lease agreement is a binding legal contract, we understand sometimes extenuating circumstances arise, such as a loss of employment, serious illness or death of a loved one. In these events we will work with you to find a new tenant to take over your lease. We strive to be as kind and flexible as possible when unforeseen emergencies arise.
